SALAD DRESSING AND VEGGIE DIP

Makes about 3/4 cup

1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango puree

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

1 teaspoon lime juice

3/4 teaspoon Stevia or Xylitol

Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Enjoy with cut vegetables!
